Cover versions of Motorpsycho songs first released as digital singles on Bandcamp, then compiled on four double LPs and two double CDs.
Volume 1 double LP includes an exclusive tote bag and is released on 2 June 2023. Volume 2 double LP includes an exclusive bonus 7″ single and is released on 17 November 2023. A double CD compiling Volumes 1 & 2 is released on 6 October 2023.
Volume 3 and Volume 4 will be released as double LPs in 2024, along with a double CD compiling both volumes.
The series is curated by Petter Flaten Eilertsen. All tracks are mastered by Lasse Marhaug. All design and layout by Bjørn Kjetil Johansen. Manufacturing assistance by Digertrykk. Distribution by Diger Distro. Mail order services by Platebutikken Tiger.
This tribute series has been blessed by Bent and Snah, who consider it an honour to be celebrated in this way, but they are not involved in any details.
The tracks are made available for streaming and download via Bandcamp. You can download in any (or all) of the following formats: MP3 V0, MP3 320, FLAC, AAC, Ogg Vorbis, ALAC, WAV, AIFF.
PLEASE NOTE: This series was originally planned to be physically released as a 12 x 7″ singles box set, but this proved to be way too costly and time consuming, plus the fidelity of the longer tracks cut at 33 rpm on 7″ discs was too low, and therefore the release format was changed to two double LPs. And since the number of contributions has since increased, I have decided to do four volumes in total, i.e. four double LPs and two double CDs.
